Deb has a M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Communication cum laude from Villanova University where she is Adjunct Faculty. Deb is a life-long learner with more than 700 hours of coaching-specific training; she teaches and supervises coaching professionals; and in 2015 Deb predicts she’ll top 5,000 hours of coaching, 10% of which is probono.
Deb’s passion is in helping people do what they do better through personalized, one-on-one coaching and consulting. She is certified by and upholds the ethics and standards of the International Coach Federation.
